Are Stepwise services free?

Yes — all Stepwise services are free of charge. We are funded by the NSW Government and other funding bodies.

Where are you located?

We have offices across South West Sydney including Homebush, Concord, and other locations. See our Contact page for all addresses and hours.

Do you have workers who speak my language?

Yes. We have bilingual workers across many languages including Arabic, Mandarin, Bengali, Dari, Vietnamese, and more. Please let us know your preferred language when you get in touch.

What is the difference between Metro Assist, Cabl, and Stepwise?

Stepwise Community Services is the new organisation formed by the merger of Metro Assist and Cabl. All programs and services continue — just under a new shared name and identity.
