Yes — all our financial wellbeing services are free of charge and government funded.
Yes. The EAPA program can assist eligible clients with energy bills. You'll need to hold a Centrelink concession card. EAPA assistance is available once per quarter per household.
NILS provides interest-free loans of up to $1,500 for essential goods and services (e.g. appliances, medical equipment, education costs). It is a loan and must be repaid.
